Pre-Wedding
- An in-person meeting to establish priorities, develop and track the budget,
- Create a vision board – establish color scheme, theme, and over all vision
- Create a wedding binder
- Create wedding checklist
- Ceremony and reception venue location recommendation
- Vendor recommendations
- Vendor management
- Accommodations and transportation recommendations
- Contract review
- Marriage License information based on location
- Unlimited email, text, and phone calls and 1 in person meeting a month (as needed), then unlimited visits 4 weeks prior to wedding
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
- A final venue walk through with the couple.
- Contact all vendors and confirm a schedule of load-in/load out as well as a detail sheet.
- Create the wedding timeline and provide it to the venue and vendors.
- Conduct the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (or as scheduled).
Wedding Day
- 10 hours of service provided by me and an assistant
- Manage the organization and flow of the wedding day.
- Use of emergency kit (water, Tylenol, pins, tape etc.)
- Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and wedding reception locations.
- Coordinate with all vendors and take care of any challenges that may arise.
- Distribute flowers to wedding party and family.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.
- Ensure the marriage license is signed and placed in a location designated by the couple.
- Assist with organizing guests for the reception exit.
- Assist with collecting decorations and placing them in one location so that they can be packed up.
- Check out with venue coordinator (as needed)
