Wedding (starting at $1500) - DAy of Coordinator

An in-person meeting to go over your checklist, get to know your vision, and identify any missing items, activities or vendors.
4 weeks prior to the wedding - unlimited email, text, and phone calls.
A final venue walk through with the couple.
We become the point of contact for all your vendors.
We contact all vendors and confirm a schedule of load-in/load out as well as a detail sheet.
Create the wedding timeline and provide it to the venue and vendors.
Conduct the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (or as scheduled).

8 hours of service provided by me and an assistant
Manage the organization and flow of the wedding day.
Use of emergency kit (water, Tylenol, pins, tape etc.)
Oversee the set-up of the ceremony and wedding reception locations.
Coordinate with all vendors and take care of any challenges that may arise.
Distribute flowers to wedding party and family.
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors.
Ensure the marriage license is signed and placed in a location designated by the couple.
Assist with organizing guests for the reception exit.
Assist with collecting decorations and placing them in one location so that they can be packed up.
Check out with venue coordinator (as needed)
