BAnquet Service - $30 per hour/per person
Please Note we do not provide any kind of equipment for this service; we are not a rental company (if you need rental equipment, we are more than happy to recommend). This service is only to supply your event with staff.
Setup
- Setup the bar (all alcohol, garnishments and ice to be provided by client)
- Setup food table or stations
- Setup drink station
Room Flip
- After the ceremony, tables and chairs are relocated to the correct placement for reception.
- Placement of centerpieces as needed.
During the REception
- Serve and/or replenish food
- Keep tables clean of any dirty dishes and empty glasses
- Serve cake to each guest as requested
- Keep drink stations full and glasses restocked as needed
- Take out the trash during the event
Event Brake Down/Clean up
- Clean up and pack away unused bar items and drinks
- Assist guests with to go containers as needed
- Pack up extra food so it can be taken to designated vehicles
- Clean kitchen/area afterwards
- Take trash out the at the end of the event
- Assist with removing decorations and placing them in one location so they can be packed up by client
- Assist with Tables and chairs as needed, we will locate them to one designated area but not load them into any vehicle.
