General Services for each Occasion (each event is tailored specifically to your desires)
- Work with you decide on a Theme, budget and schedule
- Contact/schedule the Venue and Vendors
- Send out invitation/manage RSVP
- Order Cake / setup Catering or menu
- Contact all vendors and provide a schedule of load in/load out. A detail sheet will be provided to the venue and vendors
- Manage the organization and flow of the day
- Will be onsite to coordinate all vendors and challenges that may arise, also remain onsite to oversee vendor clean up
- Provide payments and Gratuities to Vendors as needed
