- Identify Vendors in the community and use of company vendor list to help fill the open spaces (as needed).
- Verify Vendors, send out Contracts
- Collect Contracts and Payment
- Create Flyer for advertisement and provided to vendors so they can use to advertise on their social media accounts
- Create site map for vendor locations
- Create Vendor List for check-in
- Onsite for day of activities, check-in, attending to vendor needs (as needed) and clean up
