You will receive a in person meeting where we will go over your checklist, get to know your vision, and identify any missing items, activities or vendors.
Service will be provided by me and an assistant who will be on site the day of the wedding.
A month prior to wedding unlimited email, text, and phone calls
Do a final walk through of the venue with the couple.
Assist the couple with a schedule of events (timeline) for the wedding.
A month prior to the wedding we become the point of contact for your vendors.

Our goal is to provide the couple

We will contact all vendors and provide a schedule of load-in/load out as well as a detail sheet. These will be provided to the venue and vendors.
Use of emergency Kit (water, Tylenol, pins, tape etc.)
Onsite for ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (or as scheduled).
At the rehearsal the couple will provide us with items they want at the wedding or on display (such as champagne flutes, cake knife, envelope box, photos, favors, etc).
Oversee the set-up of both the ceremony and wedding reception.
Manage the organization and flow of the wedding day.

We will be onsite to coordinate all the vendors and challenges that may arise. We also remain onsite to oversee the breakdown of all vendors.
Distribute Flowers to Wedding Party and Family.
Distribute Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors.
At the conclusion of the wedding reception, we will secure all items that were provided by the couple, repackage, and place them in the assigned vehicle per the couple.
